The360 privacy policy

This Privacy Policy is between Securnyx India Private Limited a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013, (“Service Provider”) and the User (“User”) governing the User's use of the host of Products and Services of the Service Provider (“Product”) which includes but not limited to this site https://www.the360.in/, the android and iOS mobile applications "360 community", "THE360 SG-HIG" and "The360 Security guard app" android app.

This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

  • You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.   • Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named "360 community" or "THE360 SG-HIG" or "The360 Security guard app"
  • Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for the election of directors or other managing authority.
  • Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
  • Service refers to the Application.

It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used. SECTION 1 - Introduction and application

The360 is a gated community, residential complex, community living management platform built to make their life safe, convinient. The360 aims to ease the regular hassles of living in a housing society therefore, we have launched various platforms that would help users to better streamline the process and make it more convenient. Our services incorporate:

  • Accounts & Payments Management: The360 features an end-to-end accounting module to simplify the management of finances for Resident Welfare Associations. Users can also pay their several housing bills via the app.
  • Visitor Management:The360 technology enhances security by ensuring that only approved visitors are given entry to the premises.
  • Delivery Management:With The360, users can have their deliveries left at the gate, in case they are not available at home - and pick them up at their convenience. The360 has also partnered with eCommerce portals to make the entry of delivery personnel faster and more secure.
  • Security Alert: In case of an emergency, residents can alert their security personnel at the click of a button on the app.
  • Daily Help Management:All residents receive notifications on the entry of their daily help (maids, cooks, nannies), and can also check their monthly attendance. Residents can also pay their daily help salary via the app or record a cash payment.
  • Clubhouse Management & Amenities' Booking:The Management Committee can use this feature to ensure that the clubhouse area is restricted to residents and their guests, understand usage trends, and even implement a booking feature for certain facilities.
  • Helpdesk and Communication:Residents can also have their complaints resolved by raising an issue to the concerned person via their app.

SECTION 2 - Information we collect:

While using our we may ask for some of your personally identifiable information that can be used to identify or register the user with us. These pieces of information are totally collected with the idea to provide the users with a superlative form of service. Each data is collected for app functionality and the users have full control to update, manage and delete the collected data anytime. The data we collect:

  • Personal info (PII) of the residents: Name, E-mail, address, phone number, flat number, vehicle number, pet name, profile picture, Contact list, location and any other information you have choosen to share with the Service Provider
  • Facility management team: Name, Phone number, E-mail
  • Security guards: Name, Phone number
  • Regular visitor: Name, Phone number, Government ID, Profile picture
  • Guests: Name, Phone number, Profile picture
  • Bank information: Housing association bank account information
  • Additional information: IP address, Device info which includes mobile phone OS model and version (including device ID, Android ID, Apple IDFA ID etc.), mobile network and GPS information, referrer.

SECTION 3 - Why the data is collected?

  • Personal info (PII) of residents: consisting of Name, Email address, User ID, Address, Phone no is collected to register the resident on the platfrom to be able to carry out the basic functionalities. These are necessary information without which the user cannot be on-boarded onto the platfrom and are used for account setup and administration.
  • Contact list on resident phone: This is used for providing the list of contacts whom you can quickly invite without having to put in the name/phone number and send Gate code for pre-approved visit. It is used for Guest Invitation, regular visitor.
  • Personal information of Facility management team, security guards: These are used for setting up the account for the Facility management team and security guards
  • Personal information of regular visitor, guests: These are used maintaining visitor log, who went in and went out, for security purpose
  • Location: is collected as the app has several features that require Geo-fencing and Geo-tagged locations. These are used to ensure safety and security and security personnel actions and activity. Here we use a prominent in-app disclosure pop-up and we are using runtime permission as well.
  • Messages: access are used to send One Time Passwords (OTP), Generated codes, and several confirmation SMS and also for auto-filling OTP. Here we use a prominent in-app disclosure pop-up and we are using runtime permission as well.
  • Photos and Videos: are used to Create a distinct profile for each user along with helping the users experience a better and richer level of safety. Here we use a prominent in-app disclosure pop-up and we are using runtime permission as well.
  • App info and performance are collected for application performance analysis, fine tuning, diagnosis, performance tuning
  • Files and Docs are used for downloading several community documents, Pdfs and announcements.
  • For regulatory compliance and obligations.

360 Community & THE360 SG-HIG collects:

  • 360 Community & THE360 SG-HIG collects personal info consisting of Name, Email address, User ID, Address, Phone no., Race, Ethnicity, Sexual Orientation, and Other information to maintain the user's individuality and identification purposes and The address is collected for app functionality purposes and further user needs.
  • 360 Community & THE360 SG-HIG collects and shared users Name and Email Address with third-parties like payment gateway like Cashfree, PayU, Mobikwik to enable in-app payment features.
  • 360 Community & THE360 SG-HIG collects Email Address to enable app functionalities like SMS broadcast services AWS ECS via Amazon AWS Services.
  • 360 Community & THE360 SG-HIG collects List info in backend server(https://community.securnyx360.com) to enable application functionality like Guest Invitation, regular visitor onboardings, Technician register, family member add, tenant add, and guest adds. we don't share this data with any third parties, here we use a prominent in-app disclosure pop-up and we are using runtime permission as well to make users aware of it.
  • 360 Community & THE360 SG-HIG collects Location is collected as the app has several features that require Geo-fencing and Geo-tagged locations. These are used to ensure safety and security and security personnel actions and activity. Here we use a prominent in-app disclosure pop-up and we are using runtime permission as well.
  • 360 Community & THE360 SG-HIG uses Phone no and Messages to enable functionalities like send One Time Passwords (OTP), Generated codes, and several confirmation SMS.
  • 360 Community & THE360 SG-HIG collects Photos and Videos are used to Create a distinct profile for each user along with helping the users experience a better and richer level of safety. Here we use a prominent in-app disclosure pop-up and we are using runtime permission as well.
  • 360 Community & THE360 SG-HIG collects Files and Docs to enable functionalities like file or document upload by user, downloading several community documents, Pdfs and announcements.
  • 360 Community & THE360 SG-HIG collects App performance data and app activity for app optimization performance analysis, diagnosis, app performance tuning.

SECTION 4 - How The Information is Collected

The360 provides its services through our website and mobile app (which will be collectively referred to as “Platforms”). User information is collected via our platforms either directly or indirectly to give a great product and service experience and app functionality.

  • Direct Information: All personally identifiable information as mentioned in the “Information we collect” segment is explicitly collected on the platform where users fill in their details and give necessary consent.
  • Indirect Information: Information like App info and performance, App activity, browsing data and other information as detailed in “Information we collect” is collected while the user is interacting with our platform. The same is collected to make the user experience on our platforms better. Such non-personally identifiable information (non-PII) is not provided to any third-party apps except for the payment gateway we use to make the users pay for their regular bills

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

We do not share any personal information with any organisation, company, Individual outside the Service provider. However, we do share information with certain entities under certain situations below:

  • Law enforcement: We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
  • Housing society administration or committee: We may need to share your details with your housing association who bought provided your initial onboarding information.

    If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

SECTION 7 - Payments

We use Cashify, PayU, MobiKwik. for processing payments. We do not store any payment-related credentials/numbers on our servers. Credit/debit card date is not stored as per Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Only data necessary for the payment gateway providers to process the payment are sent which includes Name, Phone number, email.

SECTION 8 - Third-Party Services

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies with respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. SECTION 9 - Security

All PII data is encrypted at rest.

All data are stored in servers secured by upto date firewalls with restricted access

All communication between the Apps, website and backend services are encrypted using 256-bit TLS encryption.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

Periodic scans and security audits are done to ensure the security measures are working fine.

SECTION 10 - Retention and Deletion of your Personal Data

Maximum data retention period is 10 years for historical data. Data older than 10 years like old visitor records, deliver records will be deleted after a period of 10 years.

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes of providing continued service as long as it is being availed. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

User can request deletion of this data which is also known as Right to be Forgotten. User can request deletion of their personal data from our system by writing to hello@the360.in.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located (AWS - Mumbai region). Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.
